Director of Client Testing

Job Summary

To support effective client-side testing during software implementations, the full-time salaried Director of Client Implementation Testing will create a standardized testing framework, lead strategic client testing initiatives, and ensure operational readiness before go-live in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a standardized client implementation testing framework and associated assets
• Serve as the vendor-side testing lead for complex client implementations, facilitating test planning and readiness discussions
• Implement scalable testing support procedures and partner with delivery teams to embed client testing expectations into project plans

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software implementation, client delivery, or testing coordination
• 5+ years of leadership experience in client testing or project delivery
• Proven ability to build repeatable client testing processes and templates across multiple projects
• Strong understanding of enterprise software implementation lifecycles and testing methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, information systems, project management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
