Director of Clinical Affairs

Job Summary

Leading the strategic design and execution of clinical research programs, the full-time remote Director of Clinical Affairs will manage clinical trial operations, ensure compliance with global standards, and collaborate cross-functionally to support product claims and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the clinical research roadmap aligned with product innovation and business objectives
• Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of human clinical trials, including protocol development and vendor management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage relationships with CROs and academic partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 7-10+ years of experience in clinical research and operations in consumer-packaged goods or dietary supplements
• Proven experience in designing and managing human clinical trials and consumer claims studies
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial methodology and relevant regulations (GCP, ICH, FDA, FTC)
• Expertise in project management, budgeting, and risk management
