Director of Clinical AI Operations
Job Summary
To drive the adoption of AI-enabled tools in clinical workflows, the full-time Director of Clinical AI Operations will manage cross-functional coordination, oversee project execution, and optimize processes for clinical AI programs in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical workflows and AI tools, guiding stakeholders on best practices
- Design, test, and validate clinical and technical workflows to ensure readiness for AI solution deployment
- Lead project execution, including planning, documentation, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting radiology and related clinical workflows, software, and technologies
- 5+ years of experience managing clinical and/or technical projects
- Experience with FDA clearance is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or technology-related field preferred
- Proven project leader with experience managing complex, multi-project portfolios using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
