Director of Clinical Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing proactive care delivery model, the full-time remote Director of Clinical Operations will manage clinician capacity planning, scheduling, onboarding, and quality assurance processes while leading multiple teams to ensure operational efficiency as the organization expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Own clinician capacity planning and scheduling to meet member demand across states
• Oversee the full clinician pipeline, including licensure, credentialing, onboarding, and performance management
• Manage the clinical QA program and ensure compliance with operational standards and metrics

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare operations with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience in direct-to-consumer telehealth or preventive medicine
• Proven track record of scaling clinician networks in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with clinician capacity planning and scheduling
• Knowledge of multi-state licensure and credentialing processes
