Director of Clinical Operations Analytics

Job Summary

Driving the analytics strategy for global clinical trials, the remote Director of Clinical Operations Analytics will manage operational performance analytics, metrics, and data governance while translating operational data into actionable insights to enhance study execution and portfolio management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Clinical Operations analytics roadmap aligned with organizational objectives, including AI and predictive analytics
• Establish portfolio performance measurement frameworks and operational scorecards to monitor study and site performance
• Lead Clinical Operations data governance efforts, ensuring data quality and consistency across key systems and processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Business, or related discipline
• 12+ years of experience in Clinical Operations, Clinical Systems, or Clinical Analytics
• A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
• Deep understanding of clinical trial execution processes and operational metrics
• Experience building executive dashboards and performance management frameworks
