Director of Clinical Outsourcing

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end management of all CRO and vendor relationships, the fully remote Associate Director or Director of Clinical Outsourcing will be responsible for clinical outsourcing strategy, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and financial management to support BBOT's oncology pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the CRO and vendor selection process, including RFP preparation and evaluation of vendor capabilities
• Negotiate contracts and manage the full contract lifecycle for all clinical vendors, ensuring alignment with operational and regulatory requirements
• Oversee financial management for outsourced clinical activities, including budget tracking, accruals, and vendor invoice approvals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in clinical outsourcing, vendor management, or clinical operations within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting
• Proven expertise in managing the full vendor contract lifecycle, including negotiation and financial oversight
• Strong financial acumen with experience in clinical trial budget tracking and reporting
• Deep working knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements governing clinical trial outsourcing
