Director of Clinical Study Management

Job Summary

Providing leadership and oversight for global clinical trial activities, the full-time Director of Clinical Study Management will manage project management and finance teams, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support business development initiatives, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational planning and project development processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and sufficient staffing
• Lead and mentor the Clinical Project Operations team, providing support in resource planning, staff allocation, and performance management
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve project service excellence and manage budget planning and financial risk for the department

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate university degree (Bachelor or Honors Bachelor) with a minimum of 10 years of related experience, or a college diploma/degree with at least 15 years of related experience
• Extensive experience in full-service project management leadership and team coaching
• Significant financial resource management experience, including budget setting and reporting
