Director of Cloud Operations

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end cloud operations, the full-time salaried Director of Cloud Operations will ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of SaaS products while leading incident management and overseeing infrastructure hosting costs in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead availability incident management and root cause analysis for production environments
• Oversee configuration and change management practices across various deployment environments
• Build and manage a team of system administrators and SREs, fostering technical excellence and accountability

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cloud operations or infrastructure leadership, with 5+ years in a director-level role
• Deep expertise in operating multi-cloud environments (AWS and Azure)
• Experience managing availability and performance for SaaS products across multiple geographic regions
• Proven track record in leading incident management and root cause analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
