Job Summary
Leading the cloud infrastructure initiatives, the full-time Director of Cloud Platform will manage technical direction, operational health, and team performance while driving improvements in data centralization, cloud services, and cost optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Set technical strategy and roadmap connecting infrastructure investments to product delivery and business priorities
- Hire, coach, and develop engineering managers and technical leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and proactive problem-solving
- Partner with Developer Experience teams to streamline infrastructure provisioning and enhance operational standards across various metrics
Required qualifications
- Proven experience leading high-performing engineering organizations
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure, particularly with AWS and related services
- Experience with data platforms and centralization, such as Snowflake
- Demonstrated ability to drive cost optimization and efficiency in cloud environments
- Expertise in building and managing technical teams with a focus on performance and development
