Director of Commercial Analytics
Job Summary
To drive commercial performance and profitability, the full-time remote Director of Commercial Analytics will manage strategic initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to uncover opportunities in account productivity, pricing effectiveness, and sales force performance while collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead a comprehensive performance analytics strategy for Builder and Distributor channels
- Identify and recommend actions to improve revenue growth, gross margins, and commercial team effectiveness
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to drive accountability and informed decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, or related disciplines, including team leadership
- Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, or similar analytics platforms
- Proven ability to communicate complex findings to executive leadership and influence decisions
- Strong customer-back mindset with a focus on driving sales growth
