Director of Commercial Forecasting

Job Summary

To support the Corporate Strategy team, the full-time salaried Director of Commercial Forecasting will lead forecasting processes for the company's flagship franchise, Oxybates, in narcolepsy and idiopathic hypersomnia, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to senior management in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the forecasting business process by developing scenarios and summarizing findings for senior leadership
• Develop and maintain forecast and P&L models for marketed indications and brands
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and inform consulting projects and strategic analytics

Required qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial forecasting, insights & analytics, or financial planning within biopharma
• Proficient in building excel-based forecast models and P&Ls
• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
