Director of Commercial Learning Development

Job Summary

Leading the Advanced Capabilities function within Commercial Learning & Development, the full-time remote Director of Commercial Learning Development will oversee strategy, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning initiatives that enhance field capabilities and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Govern and develop common, scalable models for various business units and geographies
• Lead cross-functional teams to align priorities, secure resources, and drive capability initiative adoption
• Develop learning pathways and resources that enhance business acumen, strategic relationships, and AI skills

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with twelve years of experience, Master's degree or MBA with ten years of experience, or Ph.D. with eight years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated success with governance in learning and development
• Strong project management skills, including stakeholder management and instructional design
• Experience in conducting needs assessments and identifying performance gaps
• Knowledge of emerging learning technologies and AI-enabled solutions
