Job Summary
To support a growing commercial framework, the full-time salaried Director of Commercial Operations will lead KPI governance, facilitate regional operations reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across AMS commercial workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own and coordinate AMS commercial KPI governance, ensuring accurate measurement and accountability
- Run the AMS Operations Review cadence, providing insights and driving follow-through on action management
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and kaizen events to enhance commercial processes and reduce friction
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in commercial operations or continuous improvement within complex B2B organizations
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing operating rhythms across multiple teams
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional continuous improvement projects
- Strong facilitation skills for leading workshops and sessions with senior stakeholders
- High analytical rigor with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
