Job Summary

Driving key initiatives from strategy through execution, the full-time salaried Director of Commercial Programs will manage complex programs, shape business problems into defined initiatives, and ensure effective collaboration among teams while operating in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Shape initiatives by defining outcomes, scope, and ownership based on commercial priorities
• Lead programs end-to-end, translating strategy into actionable workstreams, plans, and milestones
• Engage Executive Sponsors and maintain clarity around ownership and action commitments across teams

Required qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic business initiatives
• Strong business judgment with an understanding of commercial objectives beyond project plans
• Proven ability to drive outcomes across teams without direct authority
• Experience working with senior executives and navigating organizational boundaries
• Deep understanding of program and project management disciplines, including planning and execution
