Job Summary

Driving cross-functional planning and execution, the full-time remote Director of Commercial Project Management will lead project management support for Global Commercialization Teams, ensuring alignment and accountability across strategic priorities in a rapidly growing oncology company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management support for Global Commercialization Teams within an assigned Disease Area
• Drive execution of global commercial initiatives, managing milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate inputs across various functions to develop cohesive commercialization plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in biotech, pharma, or healthcare
• Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or commercialization initiatives
• Experience supporting global commercial organizations, including launch readiness and lifecycle management
• Strong project management skills, including risk and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups and drive alignment
