Job Summary

Leading cross-functional project management initiatives, the remote full-time Director of Commercial Project Management will drive alignment and execution of global commercialization strategies within a key Disease Area, partnering with various teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management support for Global Commercialization Teams, ensuring alignment and execution across strategic priorities
• Drive execution of global commercial initiatives, managing milestones, risks, and key decisions effectively
• Coordinate inputs across various stakeholders to develop cohesive commercialization plans and facilitate decision-making processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in biotech, pharma, or healthcare
• Significant experience leading complex cross-functional projects or commercialization initiatives
• Experience supporting global commercial organizations, including launch readiness and lifecycle management
• Strong project management skills, including risk management and stakeholder leadership
• Proven ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups and drive alignment
