Director of Commercial Strategy

Job Summary

To drive the outcome-based offerings strategy for Banking, the remote Director of Commercial Strategy will define client workflows, establish pricing based on outcomes, and design commercial models while collaborating with various teams to ensure successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Define the outcome-based offering strategy, including client workflows and target customer segments
• Establish value-based pricing in partnership with Central Product Strategy and ensure alignment with Moody's Analytics standards
• Forge consensus across multiple teams through business cases and governance forums to support outcome delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• Direct experience in AI-driven transformations within banking or related service providers
• Demonstrated ability to design and quantify commercial models, including usage-based or outcome-based constructs
• Strong strategy toolkit for structuring ambiguous problems and creating decision-oriented documents
• Proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts and hands-on experience with AI tools to enhance operational efficiency
