Director of Community Events

Job Summary

Leading the client community strategy, the full-time salaried Director of Community Events will create engagement opportunities through events and digital platforms, connect clients with sector leaders, and measure community impact, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for client engagement and community building through events and digital platforms
• Facilitate connections between clients and sector leaders to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Measure and analyze community impact using client insights and data to inform strategy and improvements

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in philanthropy, nonprofits, or community building with a strong understanding of the social good sector
• Proven track record of creating successful community engagement strategies and events
• Strong relationship-building and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• Strategic thinking capabilities with experience turning ideas into actionable programs
• Comfort with using data and insights to guide decision-making and measure impact
