Director of Compliance

Job Summary

To support a growing academic institution, the full-time Director of Compliance will lead compliance efforts across accreditation, regulatory requirements, and student services, ensuring processes are sustainable and aligned with higher education standards in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead marketing and communications compliance by reviewing materials for alignment with accreditation standards and consumer disclosures
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and annual filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for accreditor reviews
• Develop and deliver training to build compliance understanding across various teams within the University

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in compliance, accreditation, or regulatory affairs within higher education
• Working knowledge of federal and state higher education regulations and accreditation standards
• Experience supporting accreditation reviews and regulatory reporting
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
