Director of Compliance Operations

Job Summary

Leading the Compliance Operations function within the Risk Operations Centre, the full-time remote Director of Compliance Operations will manage IT control SOX testing, oversee License Compliance and Software Asset Management, and provide compliance consulting for Privacy, Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption requirements while handling budget and operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:

• Own GSK's IT control SOX testing programme, ensuring compliance and acceptance by external auditors
• Track and manage SOX control deficiencies and action plans within the technology environment
• Perform the Business Operations function for the Technology Risk and Compliance organisation, including budget management and annual goal-setting

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and IT audit or control testing
• Proven experience in software asset management and license compliance
• Demonstrated ability to manage compliance operations with end-to-end ownership
• Experience leading teams and managing budgets and headcount
