Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of a compliance platform, the full-time Director of Compliance Strategy will manage a team of product managers and ensure the accuracy of statutory leave laws while advancing AI and automation capabilities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the compliance platform
- Own the roadmap for encoding statutory leave and accommodation laws
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of compliance features
Required qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, including leading a product area
- Direct experience with compliance, regulatory, or rules-engine products
- Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable product features
- Experience shipping AI or LLM-powered products
- Enterprise B2B SaaS experience with strong data fluency
