Director of Consulting

Job Summary

Seeking a highly commercial, action-oriented leader, the full-time remote Director of Consulting will manage consulting engagements, create high-impact client deliverables, and drive strategic recommendations for CPG manufacturers and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements by defining project approaches, deliverables, and timelines while collaborating with various teams to deliver final recommendations
• Create polished, executive-ready client deliverables, including presentations and strategic narratives, ensuring they are accurate and aligned with client objectives
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, demonstrating agility in navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities

Required Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years of experience in the CPG industry, particularly in Consulting, Sales Strategy, or Commercial Strategy
• Proven ability to independently develop executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations
• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of CPG growth drivers and retailer dynamics
• Hands-on proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with experience leveraging AI platforms for content development
• A 4-year college degree is required; an MBA is preferred
