Job Summary
To drive strategic enablement initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Consulting Growth will co-design and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy for the global Kyndryl Consultant Profession, aligning learning paths with business objectives and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance consultant capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Co-design and own the enablement strategy for the global KCP community, ensuring alignment with Consult Growth priorities and market needs
- Continuously evaluate and implement emerging technologies and AI tools to modernize consultant learning and preparation
- Translate high-level strategies into structured program plans, tracking success metrics and maintaining operational rigor across enablement rollouts
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business strategy consulting or a related field
- Direct experience leading sales enablement or go-to-market programs within a consulting organization
- Proven ability to build business cases and roadmaps for modern enablement platforms and AI tools
- Background in business analytics, linking enablement initiatives to commercial KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
