Director of Content Operations
Job Summary
Leading the team and systems for high-quality training development, the full-time remote Director of Content Operations will design and manage CPI's content model, oversee production operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of educational materials.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and own CPI's content model in the LCMS, ensuring it is tailorable and localizable
- Lead a team of eLearning developers and multimedia specialists to build and deliver training content
- Translate the product roadmap into a production plan, managing timelines and capacity risks
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information science, technical communication, instructional technology, or related field
- 10+ years in content, production, or delivery operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Experience with structured or component-based content models and production LCMS/CCMS
- Proven ability in third-party vendor management and capacity planning
- Familiarity with SCORM, WCAG AA, and multi-output publishing formats
