Job Summary

Driving the strategy and execution of NeuGroup's content ecosystem, the full-time remote Director of Content Strategy will manage the development of high-value content, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI to enhance content creation while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with content and research leaders to execute an enterprise content strategy across various platforms and formats
• Build and manage an integrated content calendar that aligns with organizational priorities and member needs
• Develop and commercialize high-value content initiatives while maintaining editorial independence and quality standards

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in content strategy, marketing communications, or a related field
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Experience in developing video strategy and social media campaigns
• Demonstrated success in building content programs and leveraging AI tools for content creation
• Strong project management and organizational skills
