Director of Contingent Workforce Strategy

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, the full-time remote Director of Contingent Workforce Strategy will manage the enterprise strategy, performance, and governance of the Contingent Workforce Program, ensuring operational effectiveness and value realization across consulting and professional services categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for the Contingent Workforce Program, aligning with enterprise priorities and projected demand
• Establish the strategic direction, governance structure, and performance measures for the program while managing supplier relationships and performance
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance the contingent workforce ecosystem, focusing on compliance, risk management, and user experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and twelve years of experience, or a Master's Degree and ten years of experience, or a PhD and eight years of experience
• Significant experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or contingent workforce procurement
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and guide decisions involving cost, risk, and compliance
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global organization
• Strong financial, analytical, and negotiation capabilities
