Director of Copay Programs

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of pharmacy benefit co-pay programs, the full-time remote Director of Copay Programs will manage patient affordability strategies, optimize operational performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient support initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead development and execution of patient affordability strategies aligned with brand goals
• Manage the design and operations of affordability programs, identifying opportunities for enhancements
• Conduct market landscape assessments and collaborate with various teams to ensure program effectiveness

Required qualifications:

• Doctorate degree with 4 years, Master's degree with 7 years, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience in marketing, sales management, or payer experience
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries, particularly in patient support or market access
• Working knowledge of copay design, implementation, and operations
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
• Strong financial competence and analytical skills
