Director of Corporate Affairs Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of artificial intelligence capabilities, the full-time salaried Director of Corporate Affairs Strategy will develop strategies to enhance communications workflows and stakeholder engagement while ensuring responsible AI adoption, based in Princeton, NJ or Madison, NJ.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year AI strategy for Corporate Affairs, identifying high-value applications across various workflows
• Establish governance frameworks and usage guidelines for AI tools, ensuring compliance with legal and brand standards
• Manage relationships with external AI vendors, negotiating scope and ensuring solutions meet organizational needs

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or digital strategy, with exposure to AI implementation
• Deep expertise in AI technologies, including large language models and automation platforms
• Proven ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical solutions for non-technical audiences
• Experience navigating large organizations and building cross-functional partnerships
• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, data/computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
