Job Summary
Supporting the company's global acquisition strategy, the remote Director of Corporate Development will manage financial modeling, transaction analysis, and the development of executive-ready presentation materials while evaluating acquisition opportunities and supporting M&A transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build detailed acquisition models and analyze historical and projected financial performance
- Create polished PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership and prepare investment recommendations
- Support acquisitions from initial evaluation through closing, including diligence and negotiation coordination
Required Qualifications
- 10 - 12 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or related finance roles
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including valuation and sensitivity analyses
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills for producing executive-ready presentations
- Familiarity with M&A transaction processes and legal documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
