Job Summary

Leading the company's national facilities and corporate real estate strategy, the full-time Director of Corporate Real Estate will oversee operations, vendor management, and workplace planning in a remote environment while supporting business growth and integration efforts across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national facilities and workplace strategy aligned with company growth objectives
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency
• Provide oversight for facilities operations and lead capital projects, ensuring effective execution and minimal disruption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related field
• Seven to ten years of experience in facilities, corporate real estate, or multi-site operations
• Proven ability to manage multiple office locations and negotiate vendor contracts
• Experience leading capital projects and workplace initiatives
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing operating and capital budgets
