Leading operational performance and strategic growth initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Credit Operations will oversee day-to-day activities of credit reporting services while enhancing member engagement and managing vendor relationships.

- Develop and execute the strategic vision for credit services, driving growth initiatives and enhancing member utilization
- Lead operational management to ensure service excellence and implement improvements for productivity and quality

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in mortgage lending or credit services operations
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing operational teams or vendor relationships
- Extensive knowledge of mortgage origination and credit reporting processes
- Proven success in managing strategic vendor partnerships and enterprise-level client relationships
