Director of CRM Delivery
Job Summary
Leading CRM transformation programs, the remote Director of CRM Delivery will ensure high-quality delivery across implementations, migrations, and managed services while managing resources and developing delivery capabilities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight across multiple CRM transformation and implementation programs, ensuring successful delivery against scope, timeline, and quality
- Lead delivery for enterprise CRM programs, including Veeva Vault CRM and Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, overseeing migrations, integrations, and post-go-live support
- Manage resource planning and capacity across the CRM delivery organization, matching resources to projects and identifying hiring needs
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in delivering enterprise technology or CRM transformation programs, preferably in life sciences
- 5+ years of experience leading teams and managing multiple client engagements
- Strong experience with Veeva CRM/Vault CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Demonstrated ability in managing distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams
- Strong understanding of project financials, resource planning, and forecasting
