Director of Customer Platform Delivery
Job Summary
Owning the delivery strategy for CPI's training through its proprietary learning management platform, the full-time remote Director of Customer Platform Delivery will manage platform operations, oversee custom solutions, and ensure compliance with eLearning standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage CPI's learning management platform and third-party LMS delivery, ensuring effective customer access to training
- Develop and maintain the platform delivery roadmap in alignment with product priorities and oversee the incremental release of updates
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure readiness for product launches and optimize platform support operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
- 7+ years in product, platform, or delivery roles with experience in leading teams
- Experience in shipping major B2B platform or product releases incrementally
- Direct accountability to enterprise clients for delivery commitments and gross-margin or P&L ownership
- Ability to lead through a separate engineering organization without direct authority
