Director of Cyber Security Operations

Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide security operations, the full-time remote Director of Cyber Security Operations will manage cybersecurity monitoring, incident response, and risk-reduction programs while overseeing advanced security architecture and tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mature enterprise-scale monitoring operations, including 24/7 Security Operations Center oversight and real-time detection programs
• Direct incident response and forensics programs, coordinating containment and recovery during major security events
• Support risk-reduction initiatives, encompassing vulnerability management and compliance alignment to reduce enterprise risk

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; advanced degrees preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading enterprise-scale monitoring operations and incident response functions
• Experience architecting and operationalizing advanced security platforms, including SIEM and SOAR systems
• Minimum of 6-10 years of experience managing enterprise-level risk-reduction programs
• Proficiency in secure cloud architecture and DevSecOps practices across AWS, Azure, and GCP
