Director of Cybersecurity
Job Summary
To enhance security integration within operations, the full-time Director of Cybersecurity will lead security strategy, manage security operations, and oversee governance, risk, and compliance, while working in a hybrid or onsite capacity near Scottsdale, AZ.
Key responsibilities
- Set and implement the enterprise security strategy, focusing on automation and efficient practices
- Lead security operations, including incident response, threat intelligence, and resilience programs
- Oversee governance, risk, and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulations and continuous compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in cybersecurity, including 5+ years in leadership roles managing security teams
- Proven experience transitioning security operations to a DevSecOps model
- Strong background in SOC, incident response, and managing MDR/MSSP providers
- Deep knowledge of identity and privileged access management, as well as GRC experience with relevant regulations
