Director of Cybersecurity

Job Summary

To enhance security operations and integrate cybersecurity into product delivery, the full-time Director of Cybersecurity will lead security strategy, governance, and DevSecOps initiatives, while residing within 50 miles of the Scottsdale, AZ corporate headquarters in a hybrid or onsite capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the enterprise security strategy, focusing on automation and managed services to streamline processes
• Oversee security operations, including incident response, threat intelligence, and resilience programs
• Manage compliance programs and third-party risk assessments, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in cybersecurity with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven experience transitioning security functions to an embedded, DevSecOps model
• Strong background in SOC operations, incident response, and managing security automation
• Deep knowledge of identity and access management, as well as governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
