Job Summary
To transform security practices within the organization, the full-time salaried Director of Cybersecurity will lead security operations, governance, risk compliance, and DevSecOps initiatives, while working in a hybrid or onsite capacity near Scottsdale, AZ.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the enterprise security strategy, focusing on automation and high-value decision-making
- Oversee security operations, including incident response, threat intelligence, and resilience programs
- Manage compliance with security regulations and lead identity and access governance initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven experience in transitioning security operations to a DevSecOps model
- Strong background in SOC management and incident response, including experience with MDR/MSSP providers
- Deep knowledge of identity management and governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
