Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Director of Cybersecurity, this role will lead the transformation of security operations into an automation-first, AI-assisted model, ensuring compliance and risk reduction while managing security strategy, operations, and governance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the enterprise security strategy, focusing on automation and managed services
- Lead security operations, incident response, and resilience programs, ensuring effective data management and threat intelligence
- Oversee governance, risk, and compliance initiatives, including managing third-party risks and maintaining continuous compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in cybersecurity with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Strong background in SOC operations and incident response, including experience with MDR/MSSP providers
- Expertise in identity and privileged access management, as well as GRC frameworks like PCI DSS and NIST CSF
- Familiarity with cloud security, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code practices
