Job Summary
Leading a dynamic team, the full-time remote Director of DashPass Strategy will conceive and implement innovative strategies to enhance member value and drive growth for the DashPass program, collaborating cross-functionally to create exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Innovate and build strategies that accelerate DashPass growth and redefine local commerce
- Manage and develop a high-performing team while collaborating with various departments to launch and scale new initiatives
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to experiment and assess the operational and financial impacts of strategic initiatives
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant management experience, preferably in a Marketplace or Subscription-focused business
