Director of Data Analytics

Job Summary

Leading a growing analytics team, the remote Director of Data Analytics & Outcomes Research will manage data architecture, outcomes measurement, and health economics research to drive actionable insights for member retention and clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define data architecture and reporting structures while ensuring accurate and consistent data analyses across contracts and markets
• Build and maintain an analytical framework that identifies drivers of clinical outcomes and translates findings into actionable business recommendations
• Produce clinical and cost evidence to demonstrate program value to payer clients and members, while leading and developing a team of data professionals

Required qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or health economics/outcomes research, with people management experience
• Expertise in statistical tools such as R, Python, SQL, SAS, and Tableau for economic and statistical analyses
• Prior experience in healthcare services, particularly in value-based care or managing outcomes-based contracts
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and support executive leadership
• PhD with 7-10 years or Master's with 8-12 years of relevant experience in a related field
