Job Summary
To drive strategic analytics initiatives within the Life Division, the full-time remote Director of Data Analytics will shape and execute the analytics strategy, collaborating with business and technology leaders to transform data into actionable insights that enhance customer experiences and improve business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders to understand their priorities and translate complex business questions into actionable data-driven solutions
- Lead end-to-end analytical projects, applying advanced techniques to deliver scalable solutions and uncover insights
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to various audiences, influencing decision-making and promoting a culture of analytical excellence
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; High School Diploma required
- 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, data science, or decision science
- Proven track record of translating business challenges into data-driven solutions
- Advanced proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or comparable analytical programming languages
- Experience in life insurance or financial services preferred
