Director of Data Center Facilities

Job Summary

Leading the physical infrastructure strategy and operations, the full-time salaried Director of Data Center Facilities will oversee high-density AI data center environments remotely, ensuring reliable power, cooling, and operational capacity to support GPU computing at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for facilities operations in high-density AI/GPU compute environments
• Oversee utility service and power distribution systems, ensuring reliability and capacity for AI infrastructure
• Develop multi-year facilities capacity plans aligned with AI compute roadmaps and expansion strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience will be considered
• 10+ years of experience in mission-critical data centers or high-density computing environments
• 5+ years of experience leading large technical facilities organizations
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale electrical and mechanical infrastructure
• Strong understanding of high-density data center power architectures and cooling systems
