Leading a team of data engineers, the full-time Director of Data Engineering will shape data engineering strategy and execution while managing deliverables on Databricks and Azure in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of scalable data pipelines and Lakehouse architectures on Databricks and Azure
- Manage a team of 5-8 data engineers, overseeing hiring, performance management, and career development
