Director of Data Integration Services
Job Summary
To support a growing data ecosystem, the full-time salaried Director of Data Integration Services will define and execute the enterprise data and integration strategy while providing hands-on leadership in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise data and integration strategy, architecture, and multi-year technology roadmap
- Lead the evolution of the Snowflake-based enterprise data platform and establish scalable integration patterns across various enterprise systems
- Oversee and ensure the enterprise integration architecture meets modern requirements while mentoring a team of data and integration professionals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing an enterprise data and integration strategy in a complex, multi-system environment
- Strong experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Snowflake, and modern data engineering architectures
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in modern ETL/ELT and data engineering technologies
- Experience implementing data governance and data quality practices within enterprise SaaS ecosystems
