Director of Data Management

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of a commercial data environment, the full-time remote Director of Data Management will manage the commercial data lifecycle, ensuring accurate and accessible data for decision-making while collaborating with IT and commercial leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the commercial data environment in collaboration with IT
• Lead commercial data integration strategies and ensure timely ingestion and validation of data from multiple sources
• Guide the adoption of AI and advanced analytics capabilities across the commercial organization

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial data strategy and data management in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Prior launch experience at an emerging biotech with a strong understanding of cross-functional dependencies
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing commercial data warehouse and governance frameworks
• Deep understanding of data architecture, data lifecycle management, and data governance processes
• Proven leadership capabilities with strong presentation and communication skills
