Job Summary
Leading a team of data management professionals, the full-time salaried Director of Data Management will drive innovation and oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data management systems while collaborating with clients and internal teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex data integration projects and manage stakeholder communications
- Design and implement database solutions using Microsoft technologies, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards
- Identify and implement internal process improvements to optimize data delivery and infrastructure scalability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience leading data management or software development teams
- 10+ years of experience with data management technologies, including SQL and ETL processes

- Advanced expertise in SQL database design and performance tuning
