Director of Data Science
Job Summary
To drive strategic initiatives across New Revenue Bets, the full-time salaried Director of Data Science will provide analytical leadership, partner with senior executives, and define success metrics for emerging revenue products, operating in a hybrid environment with both remote and onsite opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide senior analytical leadership across Subscriptions, BizAI, and XF APAC workstreams
- Work directly with VPs and senior leaders to synthesize complex analysis into actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Define measurement frameworks and success metrics for nascent revenue products in high-ambiguity environments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field
- 12+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a quantitative field
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-organizational strategy and execute on high-complexity problems
- Experience thriving in multi-team environments with a strong ability to build trust and drive outcomes through influence
