Job Summary

Leading data science initiatives for operations and finance analytics, the full-time Director of Data Science will manage a team to develop intelligent systems and drive operational efficiency while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the data science and applied AI roadmap, focusing on forecasting, lead scoring, and decision-support systems
• Lead and develop a data science and analytics team, setting standards for technical rigor and production quality
• Collaborate with operations and product leadership to identify high-leverage problems and translate them into actionable AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science or applied AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong background in managing analytics teams and influencing operational decisions through ML systems
• Proficient in SQL and Python, with familiarity in modern data and AI stacks
• Demonstrated ability to partner with non-technical executives to solve ambiguous business problems
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, data-rich environment with significant operational impact
