Director of Data Strategy

Job Summary

Leading a team of analysts in a fully remote capacity, the full-time salaried Director of Data Strategy & Analytics will manage the internal business analytics function, drive data insights, and oversee the integration of AI capabilities to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy that aligns with organizational goals and optimizes decision-making
• Drive the creation of insightful KPIs, models, and dashboards by mining revenue, operational, and customer data
• Establish self-service analytics capabilities and oversee the integration of AI tools to empower non-technical staff

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, economics, business, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in analytics or data strategy, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions
• 5+ years of experience managing or leading analytics teams
• Professional proficiency in analytics and BI tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Python or R
• Experience in building AI-assisted analytics workflows and understanding of data privacy and security protocols
