Director of Data Strategy
Job Summary
To shape the future of enterprise data, the remote Director of Data Strategy will lead a team of approximately 60 data professionals, defining and executing the data platform strategy while driving the transformation towards AI-powered data products and real-time integrations.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise data platform strategy and roadmap
- Own the delivery of scalable data platforms, pipelines, APIs, and streaming capabilities
- Partner with Data Science, AI Engineering, and Governance teams to deliver AI-ready data products
Required qualifications
- Strong leadership experience within enterprise data engineering and platform organizations
- Deep, hands-on experience with Snowflake in a large-scale production environment
- Expertise in cloud data platforms, ELT frameworks, and data operations
- Proven success in leading large engineering teams with blended resources
- Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and operational excellence
